LEVEL has been a pioneer in the innovation context in the MEDA region, including implementing long term contracts on innovation pillars at macro and micro levels, such as innovation management, mapping, diagnostic studies, innovation statistics, technology transfer, innovation governance and industry-academia linkages. LEVEL has implementations of EC project in MEDA region for technology and innovation dissemination for entire MEDA (7.3 million Euro). The project aimed to achieve its goals through developing exchanges, MOUs for PPP, networks development and knowledge transfer between planners, policy makers, and stakeholders in the MEDA region to eventually provide enterprises and government institutions with new instruments in respect to competitiveness and innovation.
